Employer Relations Partner
A company is looking for an Employer Relations Partner I to develop strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to support their Career Services team. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular employer outreach to build partnerships and increase career opportunities for students Develop recruiting strategies for employers while ensuring representation of various academic programs Coordinate employer programming for students and represent the Employer Relations team at events Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment, or related fields Proficiency in Excel, including data entry and basic formulas Familiarity with Handshake career management system Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, based on business needs
