Key Responsibilities Coordinate solutions for customers by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining a feedback loop for customer retention Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations Triage, escalate, and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Required Qualifications Previous B2B support experience in SaaS and/or fintech Project management experience (preferred) Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets Experience with Zendesk support software is a plus Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
