Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of grant acquisition and management, from opportunity identification to closeout Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements, including post-award administration Engage with stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams on infrastructure improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree with 5 years of experience in maritime infrastructure or environmental grant management Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in transportation or infrastructure program roles High school diploma with 15+ years in port infrastructure or maritime transportation may be considered Proven track record in transportation and infrastructure funding, particularly in port infrastructure and clean energy initiatives Familiarity with programs such as the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) and EDA Clean Ports
