Epic Learning Experience Manager

A company is looking for an Epic Learning Experience Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate multiple staff members, overseeing their recruitment, training, development, and performance management Ensure alignment of team objectives and projects with the organization's strategic goals while tracking productivity and schedules Design and improve learning programs, while building relationships with members and stakeholders to enhance organizational success Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare IT or healthcare learning field At least three (3) years of supervisory experience within healthcare operational teams Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, or a related field; master's degree preferred Experience with Epic EHR and strong knowledge of Epic modules and training programs Project management certification (CAPM or PMP) preferred
