A company is looking for an ERP Admin - NAV/BC. Key Responsibilities Act as the ERP Support Lead for Business Central implementation and manage integration and upgrade projects Provide application support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and third-party ISV applications Document resolutions and develop SOPs for maximizing system performance Required Qualifications Expertise with Dynamics 365 Business Central, with implementation experience highly preferred Experience with Dynamics NAV is a plus Deep understanding of financial and operations processes Experience with Power BI or SQL queries is desired Ability to work closely with line-level personnel on support issues
