Facilities Mechanical Engineer
A company is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering design and specifications for installation of new capital equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Optimize plant systems such as boilers, compressed air, and clean room systems Act as the main point of contact for contractors, managing scheduling, payment, and safety training Required Qualifications BS in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of related experience, or 10+ years of related experience Design experience in industrial HVAC, pumps, plumbing, steam, compressed air, and vacuum systems Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D or REVIT is preferred Understanding of budgeting for construction projects Experience in managing engineering databases and job tracking systems
