A company is looking for a Federal Retirement and Benefits Specialist. Key Responsibilities Conduct eOPF reviews and service audits for assigned cases Research and prepare military deposit packets, including counseling and submission Maintain and update case tracking spreadsheets Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Federal Retirement and Benefits Specialist 2-3 years of experience preparing and processing SWE forms (RI 20-124) Proficient in following agency SOPs and interpreting CSRS/FERS handbooks Strong auditing skills for verifying eOPF records and confirming retirement eligibility Prior remote work experience preferred
