Key Responsibilities Facilitate fighter operations and fires, and assist in recruiting wargame participants Support the development and management of Air/Integrated Tasking Orders and wargame operations Conduct research and analysis, contribute to wargame design, and draft postgame reports Required Qualifications Eight years of experience as an Air Force or Navy Operational Fighter Pilot or Weapons System Officer Experience in planning and executing large force exercises with 4th and 5th generation platforms Instructor Pilot/Weapons System Officer and Mission Commander experience required Top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility Weapons School graduate preferred
