A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and manage financial operations in its European entity. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and Irish GAAP Maintain financial control and manage company cash flow Provide support across all finance functions, including accounts payable and receivable Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant or leadership role Global finance experience in a company acquired by a US-based organization Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Irish GAAP in a multinational environment Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as ERP platforms and Excel
