Senior Customer Trust Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Trust Analyst to join their Security & Privacy team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of the security and privacy questionnaire process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with risk management objectives
Oversee coordination of responses to trust-related inquiries and customer investigations, facilitating collaboration across teams
Maintain and update the Security Hub and Trust Portal, ensuring trust-related content aligns with industry best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, and/or technical compliance roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with preference for further training or certifications in customer trust, security, or privacy management
Proven experience managing the security questionnaire process with attention to detail and advanced analytical skills
Solid understanding of privacy, security, and customer trust concepts applicable in a digital landscape
Proven project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent compliance projects and leading cross-functional teams
