Financial Services Representative

A company is looking for a Representative, Solution Center - Financial Services. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls regarding retirement accounts and provide assistance on basic topics Build relationships with customers through phone inquiries and educate them on products Review and interpret records to make accurate decisions and resolve routine errors Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (completed or nearly completed), preferably in Business, Communications, or Economics One year of work experience in a service-related field such as retail or hospitality Ability to deliver friendly customer service while managing phone and computer tasks simultaneously SIE, SERIES 6, and 63 LICENSE will eventually be required Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
