Hybrid Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a hybrid call center representative.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, and customer service activities
Conduct database maintenance and research to support contracts administration and cash control operations
Generate and distribute contracts and member I.D. cards, and enter documents into the workflow imaging system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields in a customer service role, preferably in call centers
Proficiency in math, data entry, and typing
Experience with high call volume and multi-line phone systems
Ability to resolve problems and provide customer service
