First Notice of Loss Agent
A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Agent to join their Claims team. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls from customers reporting a loss or seeking information about their claim Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries throughout the claims process Gather and accurately document key details from each call in the appropriate claim file Required Qualifications: Background in customer service Strong empathetic nature and superior people skills Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns over the phone Willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
