Fitness Network Recruiter

A company is looking for a Fitness Network Development Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Recruit new fitness centers, studios, and activity-based locations into fitness networks through lead generation and sales negotiations Maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing recruitment goals Utilize CRM and other business processes to track recruitment efforts and ensure accurate updates Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required if no degree Minimum two years of experience in sales, fitness, health care recruiting, or provider contracting preferred Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and CRM or similar databases required Ability to consistently achieve recruitment goals and make 120-200 calls or emails per week Experience engaging decision-makers using effective sales and negotiation skills
