Florida Licensed Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Insurance Advisory Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients' employees with benefits inquiries, claims advocacy, and enrollment support
Document all client interactions in the management system to ensure quality and responsiveness
Provide ongoing support during open enrollment and cultivate relationships with insurance partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 1 year of call center experience and/or experience in Employee Benefits
Must maintain all required licenses as per the State Department of Insurance or obtain them within 90 days
No specific certifications required or preferred
