Florida Trial Paralegal

A company is looking for a Trial Paralegal responsible for processing trials and managing case-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Review files and notify departments of impediments before trial Prepare trial binders and ensure compliance with county-specific requirements Coordinate communication between attorneys and witnesses regarding case status Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; some college preferred At least two years of litigation experience required; foreclosure experience preferred Experience with Phoenix, LPS, Vendorscape, Real Resolution, Lenstar, Clarifier, and PACER preferred Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively
