G&C Specialist - Issues Management

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the lifecycle of issues management for the Consumer Bank, including action plan build-out, remediation, validation, and closure
Develop and document processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal requirements
Lead cross-functional teams and projects, providing expertise and guidance on complex situations and risk management
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control functions
Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
Experience in leading and executing complex projects
Proficiency in analytical software tools and MS Office applications
