Key Responsibilities Collaborate with contact center leadership to define business requirements and design solutions Design and implement CCaaS solutions that optimize contact center operations and enhance customer experience Troubleshoot and resolve CCaaS issues, serving as a communication bridge between business leaders and technical teams Required Qualifications 3+ years in contact center operations 5+ years of hands-on architect experience with CCaaS technology or cloud-based telephony systems 3+ years of experience integrating CCaaS systems with CRM solutions High school degree or GED equivalent Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
