Global Services Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Global Services Program Specialist to manage and deliver service-oriented programs globally. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between internal teams and the Global, Products and Solutions organization to ensure effective communication and resource allocation Support global accounts by driving services growth and fostering collaboration across sales, legal, and product management teams Manage project timelines, improve program tools and processes, and generate performance reports using key metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-functional roles, particularly in program and/or product management PMP certification and prior resource management experience preferred Familiarity with tools such as Jira, SFDC, and Microsoft Suite
