Key Responsibilities
Systematize and automate GTM workflows to streamline outreach and enrichment
Leverage tools to connect data and personalize outreach at scale
Run data-driven GTM experiments to identify and test new strategies for customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience in a GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations role with a technical focus
Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, or similar
Strong technical skills and proven ability to use AI and automation in GTM processes
Systems thinker with a structured mindset and a love for experimentation
Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions in a high-growth SaaS company is a bonus
