Google Workspace Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and manage Google Workspace support tickets and calls, providing troubleshooting guidance
Perform routine service requests and assist customers with Google Workspace account setup and configuration
Deliver engaging training sessions on Google Workspace applications
Required Qualifications
Associate Google Workspace Administrator Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing technical role
Strong understanding of Google Workspace services and the Google Admin console
Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Proficiency with support ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms
