Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate student-facing services and programs to enhance career readiness for graduate students and alumni Curate resources and programs that improve employment competitiveness and experiential education for graduate students and alumni Support career literacy education initiatives for campus partners and contribute to strategic goals of the organization Required Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or related field, or equivalent work experience Considerable knowledge of career coaching practices and techniques for diverse adult learners Understanding of basic event planning processes Working knowledge of career development theories and career readiness competencies Prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
