Guest Connections Specialist
A company is looking for a Guest Connections Specialist to provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for guests via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Manage ticket and reservation inquiries, demonstrating knowledge of policies and procedures
Anticipate guest needs and provide information about services and station amenities
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a guest/customer service role
Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of approximately 40 wpm
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum age of 18 years
High school level proficiency in English, with good punctuation, grammar, and spelling
