Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary commercial contact for key institutional and strategic accounts
Lead a team focused on relationship management, partner success, and account growth
Develop account plans and collaborate with internal teams to meet complex partner needs
Required Qualifications
8-12 years in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or ecosystem roles
Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises
Track record of managing teams and scaling operations
Strong operational and commercial acumen
Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts
