A company is looking for a Head of Patient Safety to oversee product safety across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the patient safety strategy and ensure proactive risk management across the organization Oversee pharmacovigilance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Guide the development and execution of risk management plans to optimize product benefit-risk profiles Required Qualifications MD with 10+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical development, and regulatory affairs Proven leadership experience in the pharmacovigilance function within biotechnology or pharma Expertise in regulatory requirements and guidelines pertaining to drug safety Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific and clinical data for risk assessment Experience building and developing high-performing teams
