HR Change Management Director
A company is looking for a Director, HR Change Management and Chief of Staff to CHRO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support change management for global HR Transformation projects and initiatives
Serve as a primary liaison with HR leaders and stakeholders, tracking milestones and reporting status
Build and maintain critical relationships while ensuring effective execution of change management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
Experience developing and deploying change activities globally
Project Management skills with the ability to create project plans for execution
Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
