Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR Contact Center services, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
Monitor service quality and identify process improvement opportunities
Develop forecasts and staffing plans to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a Customer Service Center or Human Resources role
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
