Key Responsibilities
Manage intake, referral management, and insurance verification activities, ensuring compliance and quality standards
Evaluate and implement changes to procedures for improved efficiency and compliance with laws and regulations
Develop monitoring indicators and ensure timely reporting and completion of departmental deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in intake or insurance verification
Experience in developing and implementing quality control processes
Ability to evaluate and improve work processes for efficiency
Knowledge of compliance with relevant laws and regulations
