HR Generalist with PHR Certification
A company is looking for an HR Generalist, full-time, 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing a positive onboarding experience and serve as the first point of contact for benefit-related questions
Collaborate with payroll on benefit processing and maintain understanding of benefit offerings
Promote employee engagement and contribute to a positive company culture through various initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Undergraduate or associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
Five or more years of broad human resources experience; healthcare and technology HR preferred
Two or more years of experience in benefit administration or a similar role preferred
Intermediate understanding of current HR trends in compensation, benefits, and HR compliance
Must possess knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and strong MS Excel skills
