Key Responsibilities
Improve and automate HR-related business processes for efficiency and adaptability
Lead a team in designing and maintaining HR technical solutions to enhance organizational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Human Resources, or related field
8+ years of experience in HRIA, HRIS & Ops, or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience with programming languages: Power Fx, JavaScript, Python, SQL
Proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Azure
Strong project management and organizational skills
