HR Regulatory Advisor
A company is looking for an HR Regulatory Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Track, audit, and identify team members who are out of compliance with employment requirements
Communicate with non-compliant team members and leaders to achieve compliance
Provide leadership updates on compliance performance measures and manage compliance platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources, healthcare management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in human resources or compliance-related field preferred
Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and Power BI
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
