Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and drive efficiencies Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR-related projects and initiatives Support project planning and execution for HR programs and maintain relationships with HR partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience 5-7 years of relevant work experience Strong understanding of HRIS capabilities Experience in project support and execution Subject matter expertise in Workday system and reporting
