HRIS Business Analyst
A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence applications globally.
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and enhance Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence applications
Gather and analyze business requirements and processes to align with technology solutions
Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise applications
Required Qualifications and Education
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
4+ years of experience with functional requirements, documentation, and ERP applications
2+ years of experience with Workday Payroll, including US Multi State Payroll
Proficient in Workday Report Writing or similar tools
Experience with multi-national organizations and various System Development Life Cycle methodologies
