A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage and review residential mortgage files for compliance and documentation. Key Responsibilities Organize and review initial mortgage information and request additional documentation as needed Order necessary services such as credit reports and title commitments, and follow up on required verifications Calculate financial ratios and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the loan origination system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma required Two or more years of related banking experience required Preferred two or more years of experience in Loan Processing (CONV/FHA/VA/USDA) Previous experience in processing and underwriting all loan types required Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
