Risk Appetite Manager

A company is looking for a Risk Appetite Manager to support the management team in identifying and managing risks. Key Responsibilities Manage the Company's Risk Appetite Framework and maintain a repository of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other metrics Drive the development of the risk appetite statement and reporting, advising on risk mitigation strategies Lead the analysis and reporting of risk data to senior management and external stakeholders Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent; MBA preferred Ten years of experience in risk management, auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably in the Financial Services Industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with statistical programming and BI tools preferred High-level quantitative and analytical skills Experience in developing and maintaining standardized processes for efficiency and effectiveness
