Implementation Account Manager
A company is looking for an Implementation Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, and the company during the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client and broker relationships from sale to setup completion
Field inquiries regarding benefits and provide necessary follow-up
Conduct client training sessions and ensure high levels of customer service
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of professional experience in benefits management, account management, or customer service preferred
Preferred graduate of a bachelor's degree program from a four-year college or university
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to use independent judgment and manage client relationships
