Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Inbound SDRs and oversee daily activities, pipelines, and forecasts
Onboard, train, and coach new SDR team members while performing lead SDR responsibilities
Monitor key metrics to improve inbound SDR processes and collaborate with SDR Leadership and Marketing on strategies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role, preferably in SaaS
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong self-motivation and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Intense curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies
