Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on membership options, benefits, and account status
Review, verify, and process membership applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity across multiple client accounts
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
2-4 years of experience in health insurance, customer service, call center, or medical office
Knowledge of healthcare medical terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
Ability to clear a background check
