Instructional Designer for Management Courses
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (B2B / Management courses).
Key Responsibilities
Update existing management courses based on audits, client feedback, and SME recommendations
Develop new courses by participating in learning needs analysis and designing course content
Create and maintain documentation for courses, including materials for sales manager training
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as an instructional designer or similar role
Proven experience in soft skills, leadership, or management training
Knowledge of complex skills learning models and methodologies
Ability to design synchronous online events and various educational content types
Proficient in English (C1 level)
