Key Responsibilities Update existing management courses based on feedback and educational outcomes Develop new courses through learning needs analysis and collaboration with subject-matter experts Create and maintain course documentation and materials for training and assessments Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructional designer or similar role Proven experience in soft skills, leadership, or management training Knowledge of complex skills learning models and methodologies Ability to design synchronous online events and various educational content formats Proficiency in English (C1 level)
