Intake Quality Assurance Coordinator
A company is looking for an Intake QA Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Audit intake cases for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Review intake calls and external recordings for quality adherence
Proactively recontact unresponsive claimants and update case viability in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance processes, including case review and call auditing
Familiarity with Salesforce/Litify and Five9; experience with Balto, ClickUp, and Retool is a plus
Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in intake cases
Experience in a legal intake, customer service, or quality assurance role is preferred
Knowledge of intake processes and call center operations is advantageous
