Intake Advocate
A company is looking for an Intake Advocate to serve as the first point of contact for prospective claimants. Key Responsibilities Build initial relationships and trust with prospective claimants through high-volume calls Maintain detailed documentation of claimant interactions and ensure confidentiality Proactively manage claimant relationships and address urgent issues as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software Ability to work remotely and manage tasks with minimal supervision Commitment to providing excellent client service
