Integration Consultant

A company is looking for a Fortellis Integration Consultant (BPC) - Remote Opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide technical consulting to Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and manage their integration certification process Liaise with Account Management teams to update them on client progress and facilitate sales opportunities Coordinate customer simulation testing of DMS applications and API changes with integrating ISVs Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience working with software requirements and troubleshooting software issues At least 5 years of experience supporting CDK applications such as CRM, F&I, Accounting, Parts, and Service Proficiency in working with ENGLISH query language and DMS operating systems Preferred experience within the automotive industry and dealership management Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
