A company is looking for an International Consultant to Develop an Organizational Resilience and Coalition Building Framework for UN Trust Fund Partners. Key Responsibilities Co-create a strategy and action framework for organizational resilience and coalition building for Women's Rights Organizations in Africa and LAC Conduct a situation analysis to identify priority actions needed to strengthen partners' organizational resilience and capacities Organize workshops and consultations to develop and validate the strategy and action framework with partners Required Qualifications Master's degree in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, international development, or related field; PhD is an advantage At least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing capacity development and coalition building strategies for civil society organizations Strong experience in ending violence against women and girls Proven experience in participatory approaches to research and capacity development Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset
