Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and partners
Assist customers with product selection, technical specifications, and usage for export needs
Process and coordinate international orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar work experience
1-3 years of experience in export customer service, sales support, or account management in the medical device or healthcare industry
Export experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Basic accounting knowledge to support invoicing and payment reconciliation
