Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR Product Owner and IT Technical team to solve complex business and technical problems related to Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling Integrate input from various channels into product priorities and requirements Design, build, launch, and assess solutions while ensuring alignment with global models and existing business rules Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields 8+ years of IT experience, with 5 years in Global Workday HR implementation projects 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll Experience with Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling deployment Workday Configurations certification preferred
