A company is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with HR and leadership to support full cycle recruiting efforts Sources candidates through various channels and maintains a talent pipeline Ensures compliance with employment laws and assists in job description development Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government or Federal Contracting space Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and job posting platforms
