A company is looking for a Future of Work Counsel. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to shape outcomes in regulatory and legislative proceedings Review, draft, and advise on legislation related to the gig economy and labor law compliance Provide legal advice on various issues and collaborate with outside counsel for advocacy initiatives Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree Admission to at least one State Bar Experience in legislative drafting or analyzing legislation Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years in labor law Proven track record of providing pragmatic advice to business partners
