Large Loss Adjuster

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings Reviews cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate based on gross tort value exposure Collaborates with Field leadership on complex coverage issues and engages Home Office Claim litigation as needed Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred) Expertise in handling serious bodily injury claims Litigation claims experience preferred Experience managing claims in bad faith jurisdictions and high exposure limits
