Lead Account Manager
A company is looking for a Lead Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage advisory relationships with existing customers to address concerns and sell additional products and services
Conduct customer training and business reviews to optimize product utilization and ensure satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for support, billing, and product needs while advocating for customer issues across departments
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience in account management or a relevant customer-facing role
Minimum of 3 years in an account management position with sales quota responsibilities
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
